Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped

Rug Processing and Shipping Time:

To guarantee you receive the highest quality product, we craft our rugs specifically to order. When you place an order, your rug is made just for you, rather than being pulled from inventory. This process takes time, so we kindly ask for up to two weeks from the day you place your order to when it ships. After all, great things are worth the wait!

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen.
Free shipping is available for orders over $99.

International Shipping:

We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
